1. Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Bucket Sleeve gear. If something isn't right, email info@bucketsleeve.com and we'll sort it out.

Change of mind

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a change-of-mind return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in resaleable condition, and in its original packaging.

Contact us first at info@bucketsleeve.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior approval can't be accepted.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.
Original shipping charges are not refunded on change-of-mind returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email info@bucketsleeve.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll cover return postage in these cases and arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Wear and tear

These are jobsite tools. Normal wear from use — scratched blades, worn handles, scuffed sleeves — isn't a fault and isn't covered by change-of-mind or warranty returns.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

2. Shipping Policy

Shipping

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. Orders are dispatched from Bayswater, Victoria.

Processing time

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are usually packed and dispatched the same day. Otherwise, allow 1–2 business days for dispatch. We don't dispatch on weekends or Victorian public holidays.

Rates

Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order, using Australia Post MyPost Business rates. You'll see the exact cost before you pay — there are no surprise charges after checkout.

Shipping is free on orders over $200 (excluding GST), Australia-wide.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, Australia Post delivery estimates are typically:

Melbourne metro: 1–2 business days
Other capital cities: 2–5 business days
Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days

These are Australia Post estimates, not guarantees. Delays during peak periods are outside our control.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, email info@bucketsleeve.com and we'll chase it with Australia Post.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll refund the item cost less original shipping, or re-send it once you've paid the new postage.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos before unpacking further and email info@bucketsleeve.com. We'll lodge the claim with Australia Post and make it right.

3. Terms of Service

Terms of Service

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Bucket Sleeve ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST. GST is calculated and added at checkout, and shown separately on your tax invoice. We aim to keep product descriptions, images and specifications accurate, but minor variations in colour, finish and dimensions can occur between production runs.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order for this reason, we'll refund you in full.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock is unavailable or we suspect fraud — and will refund you in full.

5. Availability

Stock levels shown are our best estimate. If an item is unavailable after you've ordered, we'll contact you and offer a substitute, a backorder, or a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other providers shown at checkout. We don't store your full card details.

7. Intellectual property

The Bucket Sleeve name, logo, product designs, site content, images and copy are our property or used under licence. The Bucket Sleeve product is patent pending and the trade mark is owned by us. You may not reproduce, resell, or manufacture our products or copy our content without written permission.

8. Safe use of products

Our products are hand tools for construction and concreting work. You are responsible for using them safely, wearing appropriate PPE, and complying with workplace health and safety requirements. We are not liable for injury or loss arising from misuse, modification, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or refunding the purchase price.

10. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this site at the time you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
